HEALTHAlliance rewards employees enrolled in the health plan with a premium incentive when they participate in the wellness program. Any routine/preventive service (under Wellmark ACA coverage) received as of January 1, 2023, and between November 15, 2023, will qualify the employee for the 2024 wellness incentive.

Employees who see their physician for preventive care such as an annual physical, mammogram, or prostate exam can save money on their health insurance. In addition, most preventive services are covered 100% by health insurance.*
