Employees enrolled in the HEALTHAlliance Benefit Plan’s health insurance are provided with a life insurance benefit of $15,000.

Individuals interested in additional life insurance coverage for themselves, their spouse, or their children, can enroll in the Family Protection Plan. This voluntary program, available from the Symetra Insurance Company, has several options to choose from. Benefits are customizable, portable, and include a terminal illness benefit.
